Return Policy – HYDRION

At HYDRION, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period
Customers have sixty (60) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

• Certain items, such as personal use products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us via email.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

HYDRION reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
