How do I know which size to order?
The HYDRION Core Pack fits a wide range of body types thanks to fully adjustable chest and waist straps. As a general guide: S fits chest 80–90cm, M fits 90–100cm, L fits 100–110cm, XL fits 110–120cm. If you are between sizes, size up — the straps give you plenty of room to dial it in.
I'm not training for a specific race yet. Is this still worth it?
